Join our eye care team as an Optical & Check-In and Out Specialist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional eye care services and seamless retail experiences. Duties
- Assist patients in selecting eyewear by providing expert advice on frames, lenses, and optical options based on individual prescriptions and preferences
- Perform fittings and adjustments of glasses to ensure proper fit and comfort
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule, confirm and reschedule patient appointments
- Verify insurance information and collect payments
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills combined with retail management experience
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
Office Hours
Monday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Saturday: 1 Saturday per month until noon when scheduled
You must be willing to work Monday - Friday and 1 Saturday per month.
