Kudzu Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our regional sales efforts and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth within designated territories. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to foster long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving company sales objectives through effective team management and innovative sales strategies.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to regional market conditions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information using CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
