Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatching of tractor-trailers and drivers during second shift hours to ensure timely deliveries.
- Optimize routes based on traffic conditions, customer requirements, and cargo specifications.
- Maintain consistent communication with drivers and customers to address any issues promptly.
- Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance documentation, and load securement to ensure fleet reliability and compliance.
- Support transportation workflow with accuracy, organization, and proactive problem-solving.
