OMyGold is a fast-growing permanent jewelry brand specializing in custom-fit, welded jewelry experiences. We are looking for confident, high-energy team members who enjoy working in a performance-based environment and increasing their income through sales and guest experience.
This is not just a crafting role — this is a guest-facing, sales-driven position where daily performance directly impacts your earning potential. OMyGold is looking for a part-time Permanent Jewelry Artist to join our team ahead of our busy season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and loves creating memorable experiences.
This is a hands-on, high-energy position working both in-store and at pop-up events. We’re looking for someone confident, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers — not someone who needs constant direction.
What You’ll Do:
- Weld custom-fit permanent jewelry for guests
- Drive daily sales minimums
- Confidently suggest stacking and add-ons
- Create a high-energy, luxury guest experience
- Work pop-ups, markets, and private events
- Track your individual sales in POS
Schedule & Commitment
- Part-time (approx. 20–25 hours/week)
- Must be available for weekends and pop-up events
- Ideal start date: April
- Opportunity for more hours during busy season (May–September)
Compensation:
- $18/hour base pay + commission (Average total compensation: $20–$28/hour depending on performance)
- Commission tiers based on individual sales
- Event commission bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating custom-fit permanent jewelry for clients
- Engaging customers in a warm, confident, and approachable way
- Working efficiently during busy store hours and events
- Assisting at pop-ups, markets, and private events
- Maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and workflow
- Following established processes and systems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service or client-facing experience
- Comfortable starting conversations and guiding clients through a service
- Calm under pressure and able to work efficiently
- Detail-oriented and respectful of tools and procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to stand for long periods and work hands-on
- Jewelry or fine-motor experience is a plus (but not required)
