ROLE
- Manage, Motivate And Prioritize Work For A Crew
- Demonstrate Techniques To Ensure Project Completion
- Process Blueprints, Specifications, Work Orders And Measurements
- Maintain A Safe Work Environment
- Ensure Crew Members Wear Required PPE
- Operate And Maintain Construction Machinery
- Work With Forklifts, Skid Steers, Bucket Trucks, Excavators And Other Equipment
- Coordinate With DOT Officials
- Coordinate With Subcontractors
- Communicate With Home Office Management
- Submit Weekly Timesheets And Safety Checklists Through Mobile Apps Or Computer
- Perform Site Housekeeping And Material Handling
- Maintain Tool Organization
