The General Manager (train at store for 90 plus days) has primary responsibility for all operations within their assigned store. The GM is charged with leading a team in the continual delivery of customer service, supports a store culture aligned with our values, ensures all are engaged and inspired, and is accountable for the achievement of sales and profitability goals.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
Manage all store operations
Hire, train, coach, and lead associates
Deliver amazing customer service
P&L leadership (sales, profits and controls)
Safety and loss prevention
Compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Store Management experience preferably Hardware experience. Bachelors Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
