Qualifications – Here’s What You Need

Knowledge of Department of State applications such as MyData, GFMS, and MyServices is highly desirable.

Secret Clerance is required.

Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, including follow-up on pending tasks.

Interpersonal skills and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting program planning, implementation, or evaluation activities (e.g., tracking milestones, monitoring performance indicators, preparing status reports).

Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, economics, international affairs, data analytics, or a related field.

Familiarity with federal government operations, programs, or grants management processes.
