Expo (Food Expediter)
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Expo to be the vital link between our kitchen and our guests. In this role, you'll make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is accurate, looks great, and reaches the right table on time—all while helping keep the dining room clean and running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Expedite orders by delivering dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly
- Verify accuracy and quality on every plate before it goes out
- Partner with servers and kitchen staff to keep service flowing and timely
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining area
- Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to handle special requests or concerns
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food
- Complete cleaning and side duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous Expo experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay sharp and detail-focused in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize on the fly
- Basic food handling knowledge preferred
