Job Title: Internal Cloud Demand Manager
Job Description: Responsible for managing end?to?end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for Internal Cloud Platform services. Accountable for producing accurate demand forecasts and aligning demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints. Owns the demand management process, intake criteria, and reporting cadence. Task?level responsibilities include analyzing intake requests, modeling capacity impacts, maintaining demand backlogs, and integrating demand data into planning, governance, and financial management workflows.
Primary Skill: Cloud Demand Management

Tertiary Skill: Financial Management
Required Qualifications:
4–5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery trade?offs.
Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
Experience working with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans.
Desired Qualifications:
ITIL Demand or Financial Management certification.
5-7+ years supporting infrastructure or cloud portfolio management.
Experience with capacity planning tools or service portfolio platforms.
