American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week day shift travel contract at a 110-bed teaching hospital in Kennewick, WA.

Works in the Cardiopulmonary department, covering ICU, Med/Surg, NICU, and ED floors
-
Serves an all-ages patient population, including neonates through adults
-
Equipment used includes PB980, EV300, and Airvo
-
Day shift hours: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
-
36 hours per week
-
Weekend work required every other weekend
-
No on-call requirements

13-week contract
-
AA in Respiratory Therapy required

Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience

Current RRT credential required
-
Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS (AHA certifications required)

Experience with all patient age groups, including neonate through adult, with ability to respond to codes

License required if applicable

Facility is a Level II Trauma Center and teaching hospital serving the Tri-Cities area of southeastern Washington

ICU and NICU experience is preferred

Any color scrubs are acceptable; scrubs are required

Candidates must reside 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible

Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere

First-time orientation dates are scheduled bi-monthly throughout the year
