All About You Therapy Services is a fully virtual, clinician owned private practice seeking a child and adolescent therapist to join our growing team. We are currently considering Pennsylvania licensed and prelicensed clinicians, including LAPC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFTA, and LMFT professionals.
About the Position
This is a fully remote, fee for service position providing telehealth therapy to children, adolescents, and their families throughout Pennsylvania. Clinicians should be comfortable supporting young clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, emotional regulation, family conflict, school related stress, trauma, and major life transitions.
Clinicians must maintain a minimum of 15 clinical hours of availability each week, including after school, evening, or weekend appointments. Compensation is based on completed client sessions rather than scheduled availability.
Compensation
$50 to $65 per completed clinical hour, based on licensure and experience
Opportunities for increased compensation as caseload and responsibilities grow
Responsibilities
Provide developmentally appropriate telehealth therapy to children and adolescents throughout Pennsylvania
Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Communicate and collaborate with parents or caregivers when clinically appropriate
Coordinate with schools, medical professionals, and other providers when authorized and clinically appropriate
Participate in supervision or consultation as needed
Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential clinical practices
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
Active Pennsylvania license or associate license as an LAPC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFTA, or LMFT
Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate interventions
Ability to engage children and adolescents effectively through telehealth
Comfort collaborating with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive team
Commitment to maintaining at least 15 clinical hours of availability each week

Future Growth
As our practice grows, we plan to open a physical office in the Bucks County area. Local clinicians may have opportunities to provide in person services. Local clinicians may eventually be expected to work from the office up to two days per week, while clinicians outside the area will continue providing telehealth services.
