About the Role
As a Lead Financial Accountant, you will serve as a cornerstone of our finance department, driving the integrity of our financial data and reporting. You will leverage your expertise in GAAP and cost accounting to provide actionable insights that empower leadership to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities-
Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure high-level reporting accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Execute complex general ledger reconciliations to identify trends and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Direct the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles to ensure timely delivery of financial results.

Oversee fixed asset management, including depreciation schedules and comprehensive asset tracking.

Drive cost accounting initiatives, including margin analysis and manufacturing cost reporting to optimize operational efficiency.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and ensure seamless audit cycles.

Partner with cross-functional teams to refine financial processes and implement best practices that streamline workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a professional environment.

Deep proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel and modern ERP systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines with precision.

Active CPA or CMA certification.

Prior experience in a senior or supervisory accounting capacity.

Strong background in cost accounting within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
