Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer Entry level to join our team, with interested in Time Studies, manufacturing operations, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct time and motion studies across manufacturing processes to establish standard times and identify inefficiencies.
- Collect and analyze production and workflow data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement efficiency initiatives.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in Lean / Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools.
- Interest in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
- This is an entry level position.
Pay: $41,600.00 per year
