Position Summary
H BEAUTY SUPPLY is a dynamic beauty supply retailer serving the hair and beauty market. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated professionals who take pride in their work and are eager to grow with our company. This posting is for the position of wig specialist.
The Wig Specialist is responsible for supporting the maintenance, growth and daily operation of the wig department through excellent customer service, inventory and display management, product selection, as well as digital platform growth in digital marketing and digital commerce. This position will work directly with management to design and execute strategies for growing our in-store shopping experience and our online platform infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Results-driven professional with a passion for and strong understanding of hair and beauty market trends.
- Work directly with management to develop strategies for business growth and execute those strategies.
- Comfortability and experience with customer service and sales.
- Efficiently manages the wig department, including restocking, displaying, inventory management, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Technological literacy and operative familiarity with digital platform infrastructure including Instagram, Tiktok, TikTok Marketplace, and TikTok Live.
- Professional, responsible, on-time, cooperative team player.
- Follows through on commitments and completes tasks.
- Willingness to learn quickly.
- Maintains high standards of customer service, organization, and store presentation.
