THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crews on road construction and other concrete projects.
The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for directing crew members, coordinating daily work, maintaining quality and production, and making sure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supervise and direct concrete construction crews
- Coordinate daily work activities with project management and other crews
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project layouts
- Oversee concrete forming, placing, finishing, and related work
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards
- Monitor production and keep projects moving efficiently
- Coordinate concrete deliveries and jobsite activities
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and crew members
- Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
- Train and develop crew members
- Ensure company and OSHA safety procedures are followed
- Operate equipment and assist the crew when needed

- Able to keep a crew productive and on schedule
- Willing to work as part of a team
