We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide individual psychotherapy services to residents in assisted living communities throughout South Florida. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual psychotherapy to geriatric patients.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and community leadership.
- Maintain compliance with Medicare documentation and billing requirements.
Requirements:
- Active Florida LCSW license in good standing.
- Currently enrolled and credentialed with Medicare (required).
- Experience working with older adults or in geriatric behavioral health preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Reliable transportation for local travel between communities.
