This energetic role is perfect for a proactive individual. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Professional to service residential properties throughout the Kansas City metro area. You will handle routine repairs, turnover maintenance, and general upkeep for single-family homes and apartment communities.
Responsibilities
- Appliance Repairs: Fixing stoves, refrigerators, and washing machines.
- Plumbing Fixes: Clearing clogged drains and repairing leaky faucets.
- Electrical Work: Replacing light fixtures, outlets, and ceiling fans.
- Turnover Services: Preparing rental apartments for new tenants quickly.
- General Handyman: Patching drywall, painting, and fixing broken locks.
Requirements
- Own Tools: Must possess a complete set of standard hand and power tools.
- Reliable Transportation: Must own a dependable vehicle capable of hauling tools and parts.
- Clean Background: Must pass a mandatory criminal background check before hiring.
- Proven Experience: Must have at least 2 years of professional residential maintenance experience
- Time Management: Must arrive on time and complete repair jobs efficiently.
- People Skills: Must communicate politely and professionally with homeowners and tenants.
- Cleanliness: Must clean up the workspace completely after completing every job.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
