GM Elite Marketing, a sales and development firm in Pembroke Pines, is hiring a Entry Level Sales Associate to support customers in exploring AT&T's cell phones and data plans. The Entry Level Sales Associate will then use their bilingual skills to communicate effectively with customers, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the sales process.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, your training begins with AT&T's industry‑recognized sales program, where you'll learn how to explain features, data plans, and activation steps in a clear, patient manner. By the time the Entry Level Sales Associate is on the sales floor, they'll be ready to welcome every English and Spanish-speaking customer with confidence.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- Deliver in-store customer experiences by engaging bilingual customers and identifying the right AT&T cell phone and wireless data plan solutions for their lifestyle.
- Guide customers through device and plan selections by simplifying features, pricing, and promotions in a clear, conversational manner.
- Drive revenue by confidently recommending AT&T wireless plans and mobile devices, aligning each solution with customer needs and usage habits.
- Use bilingual communication skills to ensure every customer is confident in navigating AT&T mobile services and plan options.
- Maintain an inviting environment that encourages customers to explore AT&T phones and data plan options comfortably.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals by applying a relationship-focused, consultative sales approach.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, skilled at offering AT&T plan options to boost sales.
- Strong people skills to build trust and drive sales within our stores.
- Results‑driven with consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Ability to present AT&T mobile devices and data plans clearly to encourage customer action.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,900.00 per week
