Description:
Wilson-McShane Corporation, a third-party administrator for Taft-Hartley funds, is seeking a highly motivated team member with strong interpersonal, analytical skills, and professional judgement for a full-time position of Pension Systems & Quality Assurance Analyst.
Essential Duties:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of internal pension processes and procedures

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Perform pension valuation calculations for multiple DC Pension Plans

Liaison between internal and external parties (both business and technical)

Gather and analyze business and system requirements
-
Provide data analysis and translation support necessary to successfully convert data to new systems
-
Configure systems to meet business requirements
-
Provide administrative and analytical support for client implementations and other projects as needed
-
Develop and maintain training materials, and assist with training as needed
-
Develop moderately complex queries and reports
-
Develop test plans and ensure changes are effectively tested (UAT, Regression, etc.)

Perform procedural and computation testing on system outputs
-
Test system configurations to meet business requirements and end user accessibility
-
Log findings and escalate issues that may affect resolution or quality as necessary

Maintain effective communication and working relationships with management and staff as well as clients, government agencies, unions, participants, attorneys, and consultants

Other duties and projects as assigned
This is an exempt position with a compensation range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

3-5 years of related work experience required.

Ability to write moderately complex queries in UniData, Microsoft Access and/or SQL Server required.

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business, Computer Science, etc...) preferred.

Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience preferred.

Quality Assurance Testing experience preferred.
-
Taft-Hartley experience preferred.

Travel may be required up to 10% to other office locations.
