The Position: Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 am–8:00 pm
About the Role: As an Assisted Living LPN, you will support the health, safety, and well-being of residents while providing compassionate, resident-centered care. This role includes clinical observation, medication administration, documentation, communication, and coordination of care with residents, families, and the clinical team.
The ideal candidate is clinically confident, compassionate, organized, and comfortable working independently while recognizing and appropriately communicating changes in a resident's condition.
Experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply; qualified new graduate LPNs may also be considered.

What we are looking for:
- Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Prior nursing experience in assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, home health, or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
- Qualified new graduate LPNs may also be considered.
- Experience working with adult and/or geriatric populations is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and observation skills.
- Experience with medication administration and clinical documentation is preferred.
- Ability to recognize and appropriately communicate changes in a resident's condition.
- Ability to work independently with appropriate clinical support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems.
