De Luz Family Counseling Center is seeking motivated and compassionate mental health clinicians to join our growing team. We offer a supportive environment, strong clinical mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
Position: Mental Health Clinician (Associate Level)
Schedule: Flexible | Minimal Administrative Work
Work Setting: Hybrid (approximately 70% in-office)
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (required)
- Active registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Associate-level licensure:
- AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist)
- APCC (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor)
- ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker)
- Availability for evening hours
- Bilingual candidates preferred
