- Manage daily field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
- Drive project schedules and milestone completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners throughout construction
- Enforce site safety standards and company policies
- Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project documentation
- Manage site logistics and operational planning
- Coordinate inspections and municipal requirements
- Partner closely with Project Managers and company leadership
