Youth Support Workers work one on one with youth in the Juvenile Justice Program to set realistic expectations and sustainable goals to improve overall behaviors and complete probation requirements (as needed).
Providers already enrolled with Medicaid as a QBA or QMHA may qualify for a sign-on bonus.
ALL candidates need to have the following:
Pass a background check
Drug free
OWN reliable car (may not share or ride public transportation)
Auto insurance
Nevada driver's license
Current CPR- or can obtain by hire date
TB test within past 6 months- or can obtain by hire date
High School Diploma, GED, or college degree.
Good communication skills
Shining Star has several programs and encourages our staff to work in more than one department, if interested.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
