Overview
Speedway of Cold Spring is looking for an energetic, friendly, self-motivated and trustworthy Store Manager to join our great team. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, while managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
· Train, lead, manage and motivate employees to enhance their skills and performance.
· Manage staffing needs and create and maintain employee schedule in a timely manner.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Uphold quality and service standards within the store.
· Oversee inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
· Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
· Adhere to company policies.
· Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high morale.
Qualifications
· Previous retail store management experience is a plus.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends and be available to respond to incidents and emergencies.
· Strong leadership and positive attitude.
· Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Proficiency in cash register operations and basic math skills.
· Effective communication skills.
