What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing residential HVAC systems (split, package, ductless, gas & electric)
- Setting equipment, running ductwork, and performing change-outs
- Following job layouts, blueprints, and code compliance
- Communicating clearly with customers & team leads
- Keeping a clean job site and truck – we take pride in presentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of HVAC installation experience (or equivalent trade background)
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
- A strong work ethic and a desire to grow
- Great attitude – team player, dependable, and customer-focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
