About the role
We're hiring a Shipping & Packaging Associate to prepare, pack, and ship our finished printed products. You'll make sure orders are packed correctly, protected well, and ready to go out on time. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy and speed both matter.
You do not need printing or packaging experience. If you've worked somewhere fast and demanding, a busy kitchen, a warehouse, a manufacturing line, a commercial cleaning crew, we'll teach you the rest. What we can't teach is hustle, attention to detail, and showing up ready to work.
What you'll do
Pack finished products carefully and efficiently for shipment. Match orders to specs and catch errors before they ship. Keep up with daily packing and shipping targets. Keep your area clean, organized, and stocked. Support the finishing team during busier stretches as needed.
What we're looking for
Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment (restaurants, manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, cleaning, or similar). Works quickly without sacrificing accuracy. Comfortable standing for full shifts and doing repetitive, physical work. Reliable and punctual. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Local to the Point Richmond / Richmond / East Bay area.
Details
Pay: $21–$23/hour, depending on experience. Schedule: full-time, on-site in Point Richmond. This is a physical role that involves standing, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift.
