Robin Hood Ventures is a real estate wholesaling company based in Richmond, VA. We're building a team of AI employees — automated agents that handle lead qualification, call QA, reporting, and more. We need someone to design the system and own the outcome.
About the Role
You're not a builder. You're the person who decides what gets built, how it should work, and whether the final product actually matches the vision. You'll design the blueprints for each AI employee, write the functional specs, and manage the AI Builder to make sure every automation is delivered correctly.
What You'll Do
- Map out Robin Hood Ventures' business workflows and identify where AI agents can replace or augment manual work
- Design detailed blueprints for each AI employee — triggers, logic, tools, prompts, outputs
- Write clear specs the Builder can execute without guessing
- QA every build before it goes live — if it doesn't match the blueprint, it goes back
- Prioritize the build roadmap and keep the Builder on track week to week
- Flag anything that needs CEO-level input before resources are spent
You're a Fit If You Have:
- Experience designing AI automation systems (not just using them)
- Deep familiarity with Claude API, Make.com or n8n, GoHighLevel, Twilio, Google Sheets
- Ability to write airtight specs a contractor can execute without follow-up questions
- Experience managing or directing a technical builder or developer
- Clear, direct communication — you'll be the bridge between the CEO's vision and the Builder's execution

Compensation
- $2,500–$3,000/month based on experience
- Full-time, fully remote
- Milestone bonuses for shipped phases
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
