Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, ideally with: data centers
-
Mission-critical or industrial process projects
-
Experience managing MEP scopes valued at $50MM+.

Experience implementing large, complex safety plans.
-
PMP certification preferred.
Requirements
-
Strong working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word.

Proven ability to lead large MEP teams and coordinate complex system installations.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Experience with cost reporting, cash flow, schedule management, and VDC integration.

Deep understanding of data center MEP systems and commissioning processes.

Familiarity with SDI, OCIP, CCIP, builder’s risk, and other insurance programs.
