Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to support our educators in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and a commitment to fostering a positive educational experience.
Duties
- Substitute in classes when teachers are absent.
- Support students in their learning processes and behavior management.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
- Facilitate small group activities that promote social interaction and skill development.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Help with transitions and in the classroom.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. to
Experience
- Previous experience in a daycare or private school setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices.
- Skills in lesson planning, behavior management, and effective communication are essential.
