Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Excavator Operator to join our team with, experience operating a Rock Hammer/Breaker. As an Hammer/Breaker Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for performing Rock Breaking Task at the Quarry. Your expertise in operating these machines will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to perform tasks such as rock breaking and digging.
- Safely load and unload materials using the excavator
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project goals are met
- Adhere to project specifications and complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Assist with other construction-related tasks as needed
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Proven experience operating Large Minng Excavators and proof of experience with Rock Breakers/Hammers
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Experience with Quarry Rock Breaking Mining.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
