Overview
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages following company recipes
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with menu choices and answering their questions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of all products
Skills
- Experience in food service, preferably in a café setting
- Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong cash handling skills
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso drinks
- Familiarity with retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
