- Assist in managing all aspects of Beverage Operations.
- Supervise associates and help ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service.
- Help create a positive work environment for guests and associates.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of food and beverage experience.
- At least two years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
