Summary:-
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team. The RRT will assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary disorders. The ideal candidate will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality respiratory care across various patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and breathing treatments.
- Manage mechanical ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen devices.
- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and interpret results.
- Respond to emergency respiratory situations, including rapid response and code blue events.
- Assist with airway management, intubation support, and pulmonary procedures.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as ordered.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, medications, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
