- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring memorable experiences for every visitor.
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Develop and monitor budgets, control costs, and oversee financial reporting to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies across all departments.
- Coordinate with human resources for hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct night audits and oversee front desk operations during evening hours to maintain operational continuity.

Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in hotel or resort management with a strong background in hospitality management.
- Extensive hotel experience demonstrating leadership in guest services, front desk operations, and hotel management functions.
- Knowledge of revenue management techniques to optimize occupancy and revenue streams.
- Strong understanding of human resources practices including hiring, training, and team development within a hospitality environment.
- Experience with budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures in a hotel setting.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff members.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest relations strategies, and multi-line phone systems enhances operational efficiency.
