POSITION - Pest Control Supervising Technician

Elite Ops Exterminators is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our growing team of exterminators who perform at the highest tier of service in an essential and growing industry. The Supervising Technician is expected to maintain a schedule of clients in addition to the management and oversight of the daily operations and scheduling of a small team of H.E.R.O.s. In order to be successful, they will need to be well-organized, great communicators (both verbal and written), and attentive to details. In addition to ensuring the team functions are at the highest standard of excellence, the Supervising Technician must be able to work independently and be capable of identifying and recommending appropriate solutions to ensure their customers’ needs are met. The Supervising Technician will report directly to the company’s Operations Team (Operations Manager and Founder/Owner).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 3-4 technicians including scheduling oversight, problem solving, and mentoring for proposal writing and solving routine service issues.
- Manage fleet vehicle inventory and scheduling of routine maintenance.
- Create and present employee reports to the Operations Team.
- Perform structural pest control services for commercial, residential, non-profit, and high-profile customers.
- Meet and communicate directly with customers (including homeowners, property/facility managers, developers, maintenance staff, etc.).
- Maintain a schedule of routine work as well as prospecting for new customers and writing proposals.
- Inspect structures and develop tailored pest management programs.
- Keep current with all State registration and licensing by participating with ongoing training/recertification (paid for by employer).
- Properly handle chemicals/equipment used for treatments.

- Pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record

- Knowledgeable regarding the products and services offered by Elite Ops Exterminators
Education/Experience
REQUIRED:
- Some college or equivalent
- 5-7 years of industry experience
- Must pass Elite Ops training program and become a registered technician in DC, MD, and VA within the first 30 days of employment.
PREFERRED:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Hold current Certified Applicator License
- Previous experience in customer service and sales
For this position, Elite Ops will review your motor vehicle driving record. If you are considered for this position, you’ll be asked to authorize our review of that record, maintain a valid driver’s license, and meet Elite Ops’ driving record criteria; on-going employment may be contingent upon meeting all driving requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
