We are seeking a motivated and dependable Box Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team! Duties
- Safely operate box trucks with manual transmission, ensuring adherence to all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation systems, optimizing time and fuel consumption.
- Load and unload freight, including hazardous materials and dangerous goods, following proper manual handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Handle various types of cargo such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load securement.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and compliance records in line with logistics cargo handling standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries or resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving or delivery driver roles with a focus on route driving.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles is required.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, hazardous materials regulations, and DOT compliance standards.
- Ability to handle manual handling tasks safely when loading or unloading cargo.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation tools for route planning and real-time tracking.
- Experience working with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or specialized trucks such as dump trucks or roll-off trucks is a plus.
- Strong understanding of logistics cargo handling procedures and safety protocols related to dangerous goods.

Pay: $150.00 - $175.00 per day
