Class A CDL Flatbed Driver — Local, Home Every Night (Nampa, ID)
TMC Masonry | Nampa, Idaho
Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift. Home every night.
Drive for a company that's built to last
At TMC Masonry, our drivers aren't just moving freight. They're the first face our customers see on a jobsite and the name they read on the side of the truck going down I-84. When our crews need a forklift, a scaffold load, a FRACO tower, or a pallet of stone to be there and ready, our drivers are the reason it happens.
We're looking for one more good hand to join that group.
If you're the kind of driver who secures a load right the first time, shows up early with a good attitude, and takes pride in doing the job clean and safe — keep reading. We think you'll like it here.
What you'll be doing
- Loading, securing, and hauling masonry materials, block, brick, stone, mortar, scaffolding, FRACO mast climbers, forklifts, job boxes, and equipment to active construction sites across the Treasure Valley and around Idaho
- Operating a forklift to load and unload at our yard and in the field
- Properly tarping, strapping, chaining, and binding every load — no shortcuts, every time
- Performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keeping your truck and trailer clean and road-ready
- Working with foremen and jobsite crews to spot loads safely on tight, busy, changing sites
- Keeping accurate delivery paperwork and hours of service logs
- Helping out in the yard between runs — organizing material, staging loads, and getting tomorrow set up before you leave today
What we're looking for
Required:
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in our DOT random testing program
- Flatbed experience and solid, confident load securement skills
- Comfort backing and maneuvering into tight jobsites and residential streets
- Ability to lift and handle materials and equipment as part of the job
- Dependability — you show up, on time, ready to work
A big plus:
- Forklift experience (rough terrain / telehandler especially)
- Construction or masonry industry background
- Familiarity with scaffolding, mast climbing work platforms, or heavy equipment transport
What matters most to us: A safety-first mindset, a can-do attitude, and grace under pressure. Jobsites change. Weather changes. Schedules change. We want someone who rolls with it, keeps their cool, and treats every customer and coworker with respect.
What we offer
- $25 – $28 per hour based on experience
- Health insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Paid time off
- Incentive pay
- Annual bonus
- Christmas savings program
- Home every night — local work, no over-the-road runs
- Steady, year-round work with an established company
- Real job security and a team that has your back
Why people stay at TMC
TMC Masonry is one of Idaho's premier masonry subcontractors, and we got there the same way we plan to stay there: by hiring good people and treating them right.

If you're tired of being another driver on the board at a big carrier and you want to be part of a team where your work is seen and appreciated, come talk to us.
