Our practice is building an amazing team—and we’re looking for YOU to join our team as our Dental Assistant/ Receptionist.

We are passionate about what we do, and our top priority is to provide exceptional care and a welcoming experience for every patient. This will initially be a part-time position which will turn into a full time position.
What We’re Looking For:
- RDA/DA with more than two years of experience working as a dental assistant in a dental office
- Someone who is excited about creating an outstanding first impression for every patient
- Current X-ray & coronal polishing license holder
- Knowledge of the use of digital scanners
- Experience with Open Dental office software management is a plus!
- A motivated self-starter who loves to learn and grow
What You’ll Do:
- Help set up instruments and materials needed for each procedure of the day
- Assist chair side and help with sterilization procedures
- Schedule patients and help them understand their treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Keep the dental operatories clean and well-stocked
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Coordinate insurance processing and patient financial arrangements
- Contribute ideas and solutions to make our office run smooth

Office hours:
- Mondays:8am- 5pm
- Wednesdays: 8am- 5pm
- Fridays: 8 am- 5pm
- Every other Saturdays 8am-12 pm
- Total hours: 24- 30 hours per week initially to be full time
Job Type: Part-time to Full time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
