Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiration to ensure health stability
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping and sanitation tasks
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care plans
Requirements
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and memory support techniques
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and safe patient lifting practices
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or cognitive disabilities is advantageous
