Business Immigration Paralegal

Job Description:
Manage an immigration caseload including H-1B, PERM, and L-1 cases, and provide exceptional client service, including:
- Identifying information needed for new cases, preparing an immigration history chart, and creating a timeline for completing cases; researching issues;
- Using a case management system and client portal to prepare and file immigration cases;
- Proactively communicating with clients and attorneys regarding progress of cases and additional information needed;
- Tracking and alerting clients of upcoming expiration dates and initiating extensions; and
- Effectively managing multiple projects and filing deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; three or more years of business immigration paralegal experience; and keen attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. The candidate must support and adhere to the firm's values of expertise, experience and empathy.
