Sales & Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning
AS & Cleanings LLC is seeking a professional, dependable, and confident Sales & Operations Manager to help grow our commercial cleaning business. This person will handle incoming and outgoing business calls, speak with potential clients, schedule and conduct facility walkthroughs, and turn qualified leads into new cleaning accounts.
The ideal candidate must communicate professionally, feel comfortable speaking with business owners and property managers, and confidently explain our services. You will gather details about each facility, identify the client’s cleaning needs, take accurate notes and measurements during walkthroughs, and provide the information needed to prepare proposals.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and making professional business calls
- Following up with leads
- Scheduling and confirming walkthrough appointments
- Conducting professional facility walkthroughs
- Asking the right questions to understand the client’s needs
- Taking measurements, photos, and detailed notes
- Presenting AS & Cleanings LLC professionally
- Following up after walkthroughs and proposals
- Helping convert qualified leads into signed contracts
- Communicating all client information directly to the company owner
- Assisting with account setup after a new client is secured
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and sales skills

- Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with decision-makers
- Organized, dependable, and able to follow up consistently
- Previous sales, management, customer service, or cleaning-industry experience is preferred
- Must be available for walkthroughs throughout Cleveland and surrounding areas
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
