What You’ll Do
- Perfect the finish: Clean, deburr, and grind custom parts using power tools.
- Support the masters: Assist welders and fitters with material handling and staging.
- Operate machinery: Run shop saws and basic fabrication equipment safely.
- Organize the floor: Keep raw materials and the shop floor clean and efficient.
What You Need
- Eagerness to learn: Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn the metal trade.
- Basic math skills: Ability to read a tape measure with 100% accuracy.
- Physical stamina: Comfort standing for long periods and safely lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: A solid work ethic, great attendance, and a safety-first mindset.
- Background: Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Perks & Compensation

- We work Monday - Thursday and off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
