Beantown Cleaners is a locally owned cleaning company serving Greater Boston and the North Shore. We specialize in residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and Airbnb turnover services.
We are looking for reliable, professional cleaners who take pride in their work and pay close attention to detail. This is a flexible, part-time position with the opportunity to receive consistent weekly assignments as the company grows.
Beantown Cleaners provides the customers, scheduling, job details, and cleaning checklists. We need dependable cleaners who can arrive on time, communicate professionally, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes, apartments, and short-term rental properties
- Perform standard, deep, move-in, move-out, and Airbnb turnover cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and common spaces
- Follow Beantown Cleaners checklists to maintain consistent quality
- Arrive at scheduled jobs on time
- Communicate clearly with the Beantown Cleaners support team
- Report damages, missing items, access issues, or customer concerns
- Take approved before-and-after photos when required
- Work independently or alongside another cleaner
- Make sure each property is clean, organized, and ready for the customer or guest
Requirements
- At least one year of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to customer locations
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Smartphone with calling, texting, and internet access
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift cleaning equipment and perform physical cleaning work
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and move for extended periods
- Must communicate promptly about availability, delays, or job-related concerns

Schedule
Cleaners submit their availability in advance and are assigned jobs based on scheduling needs, location, experience, and performance.
Most cleaning appointments take place during weekdays and daytime hours. Some weekend and Airbnb turnover assignments may also be available.
Hours may vary depending on customer demand.
