Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parking Lot Striper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying fresh, precise parking lot markings to ensure safe and organized parking areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a valid U.S. Driver's License. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the safety and efficiency of parking facilities through skilled line striping.
Responsibilities
- Prepare parking lot surfaces for striping by cleaning and ensuring the area is free of debris.
- Use line striping equipment to accurately apply paint or thermoplastic markings according to designated layouts.
- Ensure all markings are clear, straight, and meet safety standards.
- Operate a vehicle with a valid U.S. Driver's License to access various job sites as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment during each project.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues encountered.
Skills
- Valid U.S. Driver's License is required for operating company vehicles and traveling between job sites.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise and neat line work.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, or kneel for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to line striping equipment and outdoor work environments.
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability.
Benefits
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
