Background
We are seeking a Field Engineer to support a major semiconductor manufacturer's fab construction project in Arizona, USA. The role involves monitoring on-site progress and providing regular reports to the Project Manager (PM).
Responsibilities
· Monitor and document construction progress at the job site (semiconductor fab construction site, Arizona)
· Provide regular progress reports to the PM, including issues and risks
· Coordinate and communicate with on-site contractors and stakeholders
· Cross-check work against drawings and specifications; support quality and safety management
· Prepare related documentation as needed (progress reports, meeting minutes, etc.)
Requirements
· Background in mechanical engineering, facilities, or plant-related fields
· Hands-on experience at construction/job sites (progress management, on-site coordination, etc.)
· Basic business English communication skills (for interaction with local stakeholders)
· Experience with semiconductor fab or cleanroom-related projects is a plus
