Job description:
This position is for candidates with flexible hours and availability on the weekends. We are looking for all shifts, days, and times. All interviews will operate on Eastern Standard Time in accordance with store hours.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Accurately handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including retail displays and inventory
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal cannabis regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about cannabis products and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems preferred
Schedule:
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule based on business needs
- Must have open availability to work on weekends for a minimum of 6 hours each day
- Part time 10-30 hours per week
Pay: $16.00 per hour
