Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Construction professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves working on residential and commercial pool projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand design specifications and project requirements.
- Construct pool structures using concrete finishing techniques, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing and installing wooden structures as needed for pool designs.
- Install flooring in surrounding areas, ensuring a cohesive look with the pool design.
- Read blueprints accurately to execute construction plans effectively.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation and site preparation tasks.
- Utilize hand tools efficiently for various construction tasks while maintaining safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in pool construction or related fields is preferred. (Will Train)
- Strong skills in concrete finishing, carpentry, plaster application, tile laying, flooring installation, blueprint reading, heavy equipment operation, building hardscapes, and using hand tools are essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
