West Vinings Pediatrics is looking for our next great team members!! We are a small but growing private practice in a great location near I-285 in Smyrna, Georgia. We are seeking an RN or an LPN with expertise in phone triage for pediatric patients. At least 2 years of Pediatric experience is preferred. Our ideal candidate will be warm, compassionate, and dependable. Candidate must have a strong drive to deliver high quality care, good problem-solving skills, and above average communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking clinical phone calls and triaging to the appropriate level of care using standardized protocols.
- Appropriate and thorough communication with physicians regarding patient care.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Provide patient and family education as instructed by the physician.
Qualifications:
- Two years Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and warm phone demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
