The Director of University Partnerships is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding high-impact external partnerships that support La Salle’s strategic priorities. These partnerships include, but are not limited to, collaborations with businesses and corporations, other institutions of higher education, government and civic entities, nonprofit organizations, and key community stakeholders, with a focus on increasing enrollment, expanding student pathways to degree completion, and strengthening the University’s presence and reputation in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have experience with generating auxiliary revenue through partnerships and agreements. while generating new revenue for the institution.
Capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Director evaluates new and existing partnership opportunities using a strategic and data-informed approach and provides recommendations on the most effective path forward. The role requires building and sustaining strong relationships with business leaders, elected officials, civic partners, and prominent alumni, while also collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure partnerships are aligned with institutional priorities and deliver meaningful, measurable impact and tangible return on investment
