Avation Medical is an innovative medical device company that developed and is marketing the Vivally System, the first FDA-cleared wearable tibial neuromodulation system with physiologic closed-loop control for overactive bladder symptoms including urgency, incontinence and voiding. We are expanding our sales team to focus on California region. The new territory manager will help Avation expand in the California market, build relationships with key clinicians and healthcare provides, explore new markets and maintain accounts by regular follow ups with providers and patients.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage accounts with various healthcare providers
- Responsible for achieving individual and organization sales objectives
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, HIPAA, privacy and company policies
- Expand awareness of Avation products in the market
- Generate new leads in clinics, hospital sysems and educational institutions
- Maintain accounts with direct interactions with clinicians, patients and staff
- Closely collaborate with marketing, customer care and other territory managers
- Support trade shows, educational seminars and company events
- Ensure all documentation including intake, orders and insurance is delivered
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years sales experience in healthcare sales
- Knowlege of urology or uro-gyn markets with established relationships
- Documented history of sales success
- Ability to quickly create new accounts and work with non-traditional markets
- Quest for knowledge and new learnings in technology and clinical space
- General knowledge of working with federal agencies and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Adopt to Avation culture of patient focus and respect for all stakeholders
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel at least 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Some familiarity with new technology and patient-facing medical devices
- Familiarity with sales management software and CRM
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
